Our 20-acre camping area and gold mining claim sits in the beautiful old mining town of Yreka, California. Yreka is the county seat of Siskiyou County, near the Shasta River; the city has an area of about 10 square miles, most of it land.
Yreka was born when gold was discovered on the flats near a ravine called Black Gulch in March of 1851. Our beautiful camp is filled with history, an old mineshaft and tailings waiting to be prospected. You will not be disappointed in this gold rich property with privacy and seclusions as you test your luck.
